Molto interessante e curiosa la madia, il tavolo di lavoro per impastare e far lievitare il pane, il cui interno, una volta sollevata la parte superiore, poteva anche fungere \u2026 da culla!<br \/>\nDi fronte al camino c\u2019\u00e8 una panca con lo schienale molto alto: serviva per trattenere il calore emanato dal focolare: molto ingegnoso.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-4&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;textWhite&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Una cucina dell\u2019800: \u00e8 arrivato un po\u2019 di benessere.<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1625476931634{padding-top: 30px !important;}&#8221; el_class=&#8221;textWhite&#8221;]Si capisce che qui ci troviamo nella cucina di una casa di benestanti: il pavimento a quadri in stile veneziano, la macchina da cucire, le pentole in rame ed i ferri da stiro da mettere sulla stufa a scaldare mostrano come, in due secoli, la condizione di molti contadini si \u00e8 evoluta, ora sono diventati padroni. Guarda, sul tavolo allungabile, l\u2019ingegnosa trappola per le mosche: una piccola bottiglia di vetro, nella quale si inseriva miele, aceto o acqua zuccherata per attirare gli insetti. Altro che insetticidi![\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-4&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;textWhite&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Il prete e la vigna.<br \/>\nSacro e profano uniti nell\u2019amore per il vino.<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1625476939778{padding-top: 30px !important;}&#8221; el_class=&#8221;textWhite&#8221;]I preti in Langa erano spesso autosufficienti per quanto riguardava il vino da utilizzare durante le funzioni. Il prete, oltre che curarsi dell\u2019anima dei propri fedeli, era spesso un provetto vignaiolo, che lavorava la vigna producendo con le sue stesse mani il vino da messa.
