Broadcast live in connection with the main international venues, from Hong Kong to Moscow, Singapore and Dubai &#8211; renewing a tradition that has been going on since 1999 -, great chefs and famous personalities from politics, culture, show business and the international jet set will compete for the batches with prestigious specimens of the most precious of the fruits of the earth, the <em>Tuber magnatum<\/em> <em>Pico<\/em>, the inebriating Alba White Truffle.<\/p>\n<p>The auctioneers of this edition, connected live from the manor that owes its rebirth to Count Camillo Benso, will be television presenter <strong>Caterina Balivo<\/strong> and journalist and gastronomic curator <strong>Paolo Vizzari. <\/strong>The special guests connected live with the Langhe will be <strong>Chef Umberto Bombana (Three Michelin Stars) <\/strong>from <strong>Hong Kong<\/strong>, with his renowned restaurant &#8220;8\u00bd Otto e Mezzo Bombana&#8221;,<strong> Chef Davide Corso <\/strong>with the<strong> &#8220;Bosco Cafe&#8221; <\/strong>at the Magazzini Gum, overlooking<strong> Moscow&#8217;s <\/strong>Red Square<strong>, Chef Beppe De Vito<\/strong>, starred chef <strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>at the Art Restaurant in the National Gallery in<strong> Singapore and, <\/strong>to mark Expo 2021 in<strong> Dubai <\/strong>there is<strong> Chef Francesco Guarracino a<\/strong>t Roberto&#8217;s restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The beneficiaries of this year&#8217;s auction &#8211; which in the last edition raised a total of <strong>482,000 euros<\/strong>, used to cover the costs of hosting young medical interns coming to Piedmont to support the Covid-19 hospital wards during the pandemic difficult times, and were donated to the &#8220;Mother&#8217;s Choice&#8221; Institute in Hong Kong, the Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Center of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology in Moscow and the World Food Future in Singapore \u2013 will be <strong>charity projects<\/strong> identified by the Enoteca Council and its affiliated offices.
