Since 1967, the Castle of Grinzane Cavour has been managed by the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour (Piedmont Regional Wine shop Cavour) , the first wine shop of its kind to be set up in Piedmont and the second ever in Italy.

The Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour was set up to promote the knowledge and valorisation of the wines of the Langhe area as well as preserve the local food and wine tradition.

Since the beginning, it has been working to transmit the best values of rural culture and civilisation.
