Auction 2025 – On stage Sunday, November 9 at Grinzane Cavour castle: the solidarity event promoted by the regional Enoteca Cavour of Piedmont
Returning once again to the enchanting setting of the Grinzane Cavour Castle is the World Alba White Truffle Auction, now in its 26th edition.
The undisputed star of the event will be the Alba White Truffle, accompanied by the prestigious wines of the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato: an exceptional combination that embodies the unique food and wine promotion of the region on an international scale.
For twenty-five editions, the Auction has been a symbol of solidarity. From Italy to the rest of the world, the charitable message that accompanies the treasures of this land has helped support numerous humanitarian initiatives. Over €7.2 million have been raised from 1999 to today, thanks to the generosity of philanthropists, Michelin-starred chefs, and renowned figures from the worlds of culture, entertainment, politics, and the international jet set.
Once again this year, the most prized lots of Tuber magnatum Pico will be auctioned, paired with large-format bottles of the finest wines from producers belonging to the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe and Dogliani, with live broadcasts connecting to major cities around the world.
The event is organized by the Regional Enoteca Cavour of Piedmont, with the valuable support of the Piedmont Region, ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board, the Tourism Board of Langhe Monferrato Roero, the International Alba White Truffle Fair, the National Center for Truffle Studies, and the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba.
