The Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour is a benchmark in Langhe Roero and Monferrato not only in terms of wine promotion, but also for the area’s excellent agrifood specialities, which are offered for sale to the national and international public as part of the so called “Filiera corta nel Castello UNESCO” (Short supply chain in the UNESCO Castle), a project aimed at encouraging the development of short supply chains in local markets, promoted by the Piedmont Region and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
