The asparagus of Santena and Terre del Pianalto in the spotlight with the wines of the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour, to celebrate with a tasting session the risorgimento statesman, farmer and politician.

An evening steeped in history, taste and creativity, a journey through time between tradition and innovation. This is what was staged on Monday 17th April at the Castle of Grinzane Cavour to pay tribute to the figure of Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour, with an outstanding protagonist: the Asparagus of Santena and Terre del Pianalto.
