HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNESCO
GREAT SUCCESS AT GRINZANE CAVOUR CASTLE FOR CHIARA GALIAZZO’S CONCERT
An evening marked by strong attendance, emotion, and a spirit of togetherness celebrated the twelfth anniversary of the recognition of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato Vineyard Landscapes as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at Grinzane Cavour Castle.
On Saturday, June 20, a distinguished audience attended the event organized by the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour, together with the area’s institutional partners, enjoying an experience that successfully combined culture, music, food and wine, and the promotion of the local landscape. Great appreciation was shown for singer Chiara Galiazzo, who, with her intense and elegant voice, treated the audience to an engaging and emotionally rich musical journey.
The event was further enhanced by tasting stands hosted by producers participating in the “Short Supply Chain at the UNESCO Castle” project, giving guests the opportunity to discover and sample the region’s outstanding wines and agri-food products.
«This anniversary – commented Roberto Bodrito, President of the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour, together with Vice Presidents Alberto Gatto and Gianfranco Garau – represented an important moment of celebration and reflection on the value of a recognition that continues to create opportunities for our territory. The extraordinary participation of the public confirms how strongly both the local community and visitors feel connected to this unique World Heritage Site, which we are called upon every day to preserve and promote».
